Bandai Namco Trademarks Tales of Berseria in Europe

Bandai Namco Entertainment filed for a trademark for "Tales of Berseria" in Europe on Monday.
The upcoming Tales of Berseria PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 role-playing game will be the first in the Tales of franchise to feature only a heroine as the protagonist (as opposed to Tales of Xillia, which featured a man and a woman as dual protagonists). Franchise mainstay Mutsumi Inomata designed the heroine Velvet, and Rina Satō voices her. Kousuke Fujishima will also return to the franchise as a designer for the game. Animation studio ufotable will animate the game's cutscenes.
Bandai Namco Entertainment has only confirmed the game for a Japanese release, and the company has not yet revealed a release date or price.
