Christmas Fan-Art Contest

Anime News Network needs a holiday logo, something that says "Happy Holidays", with our mascot Jadress... So the object of this contest is for you to produce a logo for ANN, and we'll use that logo on the top of our website for the holiday season!
ANN's logo is 534 x 116, but you can also use the space below the current logo and to the right of our sponsor's banner and the headline. In total that's 534x116 + 132x60 + 109x61 pixels (see below). The logo needs to have the words “Anime News Network.com” and underneath, (in smaller writing) “Wishes you all the best for the holiday season.” Feel free to use Christmas, Hanukah, or any other cultural holiday of the season in your drawing, however you see fit!
So what do you get as a prize? Well as if fame and recognition weren't enough, we're sure to come up with some great prize... we just haven't thought of what yet... We'll announce the prize by this Friday, but we wanted to make sure people had enough time to come up with something good.
Well, as hard as we looked, we just couldn't find much in the way of appropriate prizes for this contest. We looked for Christmas themed items, but there wasn't much, and all of it was related to one specific Anime or another, ie: The Love Hina Christmas Special or the Card Captorsakura Christmas Soundtrack. So, we've decided quite simply to give the winner a $100 gift certificate to use at one of our following 3 sponsors: Anime Castle, J List, or Robert's Anime Corner Store.
The contest closes on December 7th (Contest Submissions must be received by 11:59 PM December 7th).. So send your entries to Jadart (at animenewsnetwork.com)!

Fine Print: Anime News Network reserves the right to cancel this contest at any time (in case the Zentradi invade the Earth or some other drastic thing like that happens). Contest is open to any and all residents of the planet Earth and neighbour parallel dimensions, however prizes will only be shipped within the continental United States and Canada (So if you win, but you live in Antarctica or a dimension with warring giant robots, you have to arrange to have it sent to someone living in the appropriate area, and they can send it to you.) Contestant names, e-mail and mailing addresses will not be given out to any one and will be erased when the winners have been confirmed. Non-winners will not be contacted, spammed or harassed in any way apart from recruitment officers of the Galaxy Police. We reserve the right to retroactively add new rules when and how we see fit.
