They did an excellent on the editing of that trailer. Makes the show look way more exciting than it actually is.

about as average as I expected from them. And I agree on the trailer lol. I enjoy the show but lately it's been....slow, to say the least.

I know, right? They even went as far as using clips from the opening. That just screams out desperation Laughing

I'll be satisfied when the show's good. Granted there's still time for it to pick up, but it's been going downhill since episode 2.

I thought the show started to pick up at episode 4, the first 2 set the plot up, and 3 was just a bit of downtime.

A decently edited trailer is often an independent process of the project it is tied to, there have been more than a fair share of clunker promos for pretty much ANYTHING that ends up showing on Television and the Toonami block is no exception.

To bring up the point again, since Dimension W is apparently a "turd for this season worth of releases" what other show would YOU rather bring up that shouldn't be in some of legal limbo.

That sort of thing is Toonami's superpower, after all.

I can't be the only one who was feeling Gundam Wing nostalgia from that trailer.

Well I was gonna say I hope that's as good as it looks. I got a real 90's scifi anime vibe from it. Hoping I disagree when I get to watch it. Now I need Funi to hurry up and launch Funimation Now in the UK.

This reeks of SoltyRei, a show I loved but ultimately bombed. A dystopian city reliant on one specific type of robotic, a bounty hunter, and an android girl. Throw in the fact Sabat is the lead in both and it's serious déjà vu.

Solty should've been on Toonami/[adult swim], I always thought, but I guess it was too quiet inbetween the action sequences and had a couple bare shots of boobs(weird nipple-less boobs, though, which I guess is one way to get away with nudity).

Well, rather than one type of robot, this is one type of energy source.

I'll be looking forward to hearing FUNimation's voice actors do their magic on this show.
