Six years old, First Grade, was bed ridden for almost 6 months. Severely anemic for about 5 years afterward, pills, supplements and lots of liver to get my blood count back to something resembling normal. According to our family doctor I got it from playing in contaminated water, there are some mud puddles you should not touch. Not that a 6 year old will pay any attention to that. That was 40+ years ago and the virus is still in me, it will remind me of that every 5 years or so. Mark Gosdin |
