Question for folks outside North America; Is this Promo still unavailable for you even though it's supposedly getting a "Simultaneous Release Across the World".

This would have been interesting for the character designs and atmosphere alone, if it just hadn't been for that eternally blushing green-haired young girl (sexual poses aside, she looks tailored for the moe crowd, which seems out of place in a show that looks like it's otherwise doing something unique). I'll probably still give it a chance though, since everything else about it looks promising.

This has an interesting concept, great production values, good character designs, and the cute green haired girl. Definitely goes on my want to watch list!

Forgive me for what I am about to say, but Elizabeth keeps reminding me of Lambdadelta.

Agreed. I like enough of the plot and look of this promo and what little I know of the manga to give it a chance, but the robot girl's design (particularly color scheme for me) stand out in all the wrong ways.
That said, I adore most of Yuji Iwahara's character designs (Darker than Black and King of Thorn being the most well-known examples) and his art style is dynamic enough that I think it'll translate well to an anime.

Can't wait definitely on top of my 2016 Anime viewing list! Also I'm 99% sure that Funimation will simudub Dimension W.

Yup, I can't see it from France
That's a shame because it looks very interesting.

This is going be good series if they are able keep it well around with the source material. There isn't enough healthy amount of chapters to make it ongoing series. It's nice change of pace.
Little Cyberpunk with mix of CowBebop style adventuring.
