I could only think of Prison School when I read the header and saw the thumbnail.

Nanbaka really isn't like Prison School at all. It's lighthearted and mostly deals with character quirks. Then it goes a darker route, and from there on switches between comedy and drama arcs. The characters don't really try to escape, or than Jyugo who wanders a bit.

Oh, by the way, this image from the first chapter Romanizes their names as Jyugo, Nico, Rock, and Uno. Many characters have names written in katakana, even if they're Japanese, so it's hard to figure who what their names are.
