Hmm...
Not too bad of an option for those that don't mind buying the game of Yōkai Watch digitally.

Anyone else find the "Game Included" text on the box to be out of perspective with the rest of the image?

I'm still very unconvinced that this is going to do as well as people are saying it will. They're projecting this to be the next Pokemon, but c'mon, let's be real. Nothing will ever top the sensation that was Pokemon when it came over.

It could be for clarification for those interested in buying it. It may be harder to read if it was correctly placed on the box in that position.

I know all too well that Yōkai Watch will never be on the same level as Pokémon in terms of popularity, but I hope it becomes a success somehow. Besides, I think it's about time Pokémon had some competition, anyway, considering how the franchise is starting to lose it's steam with the anime show since the Black & White season and the games since X and Y.

Do you think it's losing steam? I think it did during Generation III (the video games, at least--the TCG reached its apex then, if you ask me) but bounced back and has been improving since on the video game front. As for sales, I'm not sure, as I don't pay attention to that.

There is no way Yo-kai Watch will be the next Pokémon. It's too Japanese, even with the localizations, changed names, and such. (And by this, I don't mean that kids reject things that are Japanese, just that it's full of unfamiliar concepts from Japanese folklore that can confuse people.)

Me, I predict Yo-kai Watch will do decently, as long as it's given the proper advertisement, but Pokémon is still a household name and won't be knocked off its perch so easily. Something that's remained popular for this long isn't going away. We've seen Digimon, Monster Rancher, Fossil Fighters, Spectrobes, and Dokapon all try and fail (though Fossil Fighters is still ongoing, as are Digimon and Dokapon albeit following different paths), though Yo-kai Watch is getting exposure like nothing else, except for Digimon. I also think it's going to last a while, as long as the franchise continues to be managed properly.
