I'm so happy that Shirobako was a hit in Japan. And of course, nice to see Strike Witches still going strong Cool

Strike witches still going strong. Now all the other JFWs just need to get an anime, after the 501st and 502nd.
Grown up Haruka when?

Nice, SNAFU TOO vol 2 hit 10k.

Oh, but poor Yuki-chan, under 2k. Sad

Eh, at least I loved Yuki-chan! Adapted exactly what I thought it would.

Well, if they put the show back into production, then maybe this statement would mean something. It was an anime adaptation of licensed fan fiction but unlike Haruhi-Chan I'm not that interested in seeing it. Even for free because the price is just too high. What price? I have the real anime on my shelf and I will not cheapen it.

Shirobako, come on and bring it on! An anime original continuation because I still haven't seen the point where Aoi admits she directed animation before... and she's forced to do it again. Before the final season where their dream anime gets produced by them and kills the company because this is anime, losers lose and winners lose.

And Snafu a Trois should happen too...maybe even literally. Hey, I'm for it if everyone else is.

Food Wars only selling 2000 combined? Wow, I didn't expect that... Confused

On the other hand, good job SNAFU! Give me that 3rd season now. They basically ended in the middle of a scene. Mad

That moment where houkago no pleiades sells more than shokugeki no soma i mean wtf kind of sorcery is this. Anyways good for Oregairu and Shirobako which I still hope for a 2nd season.

It's awesome that Shirobako and Kantai Collection are a hit on the ranking! Smile

On the other hand, it's too bad that The Disappearance of Yuki-chan didn't fare that well...

It's great news that Shirobako sells this well, but I'm sad Shokugeki no Soma is now destined for an anime original ending and no sequel/closure of any kind.

I wonder how Kancolle would have sold if it was actually good, I mean the numbers say it's a success but the fanbase WAS there before the show even aired.

Shirabako gonna Shirabako. Go Kan Colle. Nice for Strike. I need Hestia to be higher. The Big Drop: Naruto The Movie. All those other series I like that have low numbers need to be higher. Tokyo Ghoul...lol smh

I went online to check out what happens after the anime in the disappearance of Yuki-chan manga and found that there's too much Yuki-chan and not enough Haruhi. Like others said it's basically fan fiction and it's not Haruhi. So it doesn't matter if the current anime blu-ray disc debuted with sub 2k sales. Glad I previewed the manga online before committing myself and trying to import a blu-ray.

From what I've gathered, they stopped it around the begging of the 9th volume of the LN series.

I'd say it is a good point to stop it, if I was guaranteed a 3rd season. Since I don't have that guarantee, it frustrates me.

But, hey, if they don't end up making a 3rd season, at least I can get the LNs. So happy they got licensed!

Seeing as, this time around, Yuki's name is in the title and not Haruhi's, I thought that would tip everyone off.

It's a spin off of a story that was based in a world that Yuki created.
