YW domination as expected. Best 1st week numbers for the Arkham series, which are a big gap from its previous games. Godzilla domination. PS4 at 24K like a boss. Xbox One doing good.

I don't really follow Nintendo stuff to know what the next hype game is for the Wii U, but I have to imagine that Nintendo was hopping for a better 1st week sales than 30k for the new Yoshi yarn game.

I wonder how the amiibo are selling. I definitely like those.

I was watching people play Yoshi's Woolly World at the Marriott near SDCC during Comic-Con. People were really struggling. Yoshi platformers are niche and will remain niche for as long as the egg aiming system remains. I think game systems and controllers can do something more elegant. Maybe it'll gain more acceptance.

Then again, Yoshi platformers were never an A-list franchise to begin with, and except for the original Yoshi's Island, none of them really ever sold that well.

But yeah, I would've expected better from a game so heavily promoted in Smash Bros.
