The results make a lot of sense, especially the top 10. I voted for Snow White with the Red Hair as my most anticipated Summer title, but I hope and want Durarara!!×2 Ten to be better than Shō.

I put my vote for DRRR, because as flawed as Shou was, it's still my favorite anime series. Hope it's an improvement.
Very close to that was Gangsta, I'm very curious about that show, and everything I've seen from it so far has made me even more hyped. Thank God it's one of the first few airing shows, I wouldn't be able to hold out too long without it. |

Top 3 is what I expected. Voted for Gangsta which I think is easily going be the best show of the season. It is similar to Black Lagoon,but better due too the characters feeling more real, where in Black Lagoon a lot of them came off as just caricatures.

Wow, my vote for Umaru didn't even make it to the list. Still, happy to see DRRR on top, as I actually enjoyed the 2nd season.

Durarara!!x2 is questionable as #1 as it is a lot about meandering plot that may or may not have actual goal to go. For now it might seems like "emperor has no clothes" situation where you are supposed to see the deeper meaning underneath events that are just thrown at you without much direction or connection or coherence.
But, to be fair, in the end, there is a possibility that in some convoluted way this mess will somehow make sense. So while I question the series, I make no final judgement now. |
