And somehow Mizuki Nana is not there in what would easily be her best year, with a different anime OP in 4 seasons in a row (Cross Ange, Dog Days'', Nanoha Vivid and Symphogear GX).
Was it ever said anywhere why she's not in the line-up so far?

As in 2012, Nana Mizuki has a tour that runs both sides of the date of Animelo Summer Live. However, this year Nana Mizuki doesn't have any concerts scheduled on the weekend of Animelo Summer Live.

With her successful music career, you would think that they would include her.

You might be confusing them with Claris. And Claris has already found a replacement for the member who quit.
