It's worth mentioning Kazuya Yoshii was the lead vocalist in the now extinct The Yellow Monkey (from Rurouni Kenshin's ending "Tactics").
They also performed some music for BECK.

I wish Kageyama Hinorobu would have come on to do the theme.

They're probably going to use Sumitomo for the BGM, too. Ugh.

Well, the amount of songs is determinate by the contract and arc length. Also, the avg. songs (TV wise) are 75-100 sec. long.
