He sounds like a nice, rational young man.

Those manga might be worth a read, the elderly extermination squad remind me of the GOP's fear of so called "death panels" before the ACA got passed in the states.

The art is quite good. The style looks like what one would see in a historical manga, like Miura Kentarō's Berserk or Inoue Takehiko's Vagabond.

This guy obviously got socks for Christmas from Granny and Pappy. Or one of those roll cakes with a picture of socks on it.

LOL, as one does.

Son: "Hey mum, I finally got a job!"

Mother: "Oh that's wonderful darling! What type of job is it?"

Son: "I stalk old men in a park and fatally slash them with a bowie knife. I get paid by the corpse, plus expenses."

Mother: "That's fantastic! Your father will be so proud."

Manga sounds kind of interesting, actually.

Has he gone to trial yet over the drone landing?

This comic would actually be pretty funny if I didn't get the impression that this guy was so serious about it.

The fact that he submitted them for actual publication makes me think they're supposed to be satirical.

It's The Purge!

Dunno if he violated any laws yet with the drone though. Japan doesn't have much laws yet concerning drones.

He isn't charged for using the drone per se, but obstructing or otherwise interfering with the works of the Prime Minister's Office

He was arrested on charges of obstructing operations at the prime minister’s office. If found guilty, he faces up to three years in prison or a Y500,000 ($4,200) fine.
