Guess the anime really gave Fubuki the shot in the arm she needed. About time she got the recognition she deserves.

I attribute Fubuki's ranking to the afterglow of the anime's broadcast. As a character, she hasn't struck me as lovable as some of the other characters on that poll.

I'm not familiar with the KanColle fanbase, but I'm surprised that Yamato wasn't in the top 4. I like Yamato, and shimakaze... I would have preferred the top 5 like so:
1) Yamato
2) Shimakaze
3) Kongo
4) Yudachi
5) Akagi

but I'm also a fan of the historical ships themselves, so I'm a little biased... Poi

Huh, kinda surprised that Kongou and the other sisters weren't in the first 3 consider they were in the last poll. At least they're in the top 5.

I bet Fubuki didn't win, they just made her first because they're forcing her as the MC on everyone.

How is Yuudachi so low? Ugh.

Musashi and Bismarck are best boats but they weren't in the anime so whatever.
