Sekai Project are developing the Vita port of this game. I don't believe they have all the paperwork done with Sony yet, which is why info is limited.

Sekai Project are also working on porting the Grisaia trilogy to Vita, having cleared the stretch goal. Whether they manage to get Sony's approval for this one will probably affect both projects... |
