some of those characters are listed twice. is that something to do with the show or just someone making a mistake?

That seems to be someone making a mistake because the doubles have the same VAs so it could not be flashback kid voices.
I never expected this to get dubbed with the amount of time that has passed. This is some great news.

Relationship Voice Acting. Heck, I saw on a Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu fanfic where an Eng. dub lover in the Philippines had listed these 2 as his dream cast for the 2 leads.

Yeah, it was great news, I was surprised when it was initially announced as getting a dub, I never really got around to watching it when it aired so this gave me another reason to give it a watch.
