Bring it' on!!!! Give me more laughs. I want them really badly, even though there are a lot of other anime in the sea that could give me plenty of laughs, but still.

The candidate licensors for the anime that come to mind are Viz Media and Funimation.

Shaft won't do two cooking shows in 2015. Although.... we can always use more head tilts for a longer Shaft head tilt montage.

Hell no. Shaft couldn't even get Nisekoi right, so they can back the hell off until they can fix their production and schedule issues.

I want Madhouse or Production I.G for this. That would be amazing!
And this is one of WSJ's top-tier series, so it BETTER be someone really good doing it.

Don't know much about this but from the artwork I've seen I imagine this will be produced by Xebec.

I haven't read the manga but I've heard a lot of good stuff about it and it's been doing great in Japan, so I'm excited for this. Just hoping it doesn't go to Toei, I honestly don't want another World Trigger tragedy

What an awful name is Food Wars.

I don't know, even Souma's Cuisine sounds better.

i feel you. World trigger should've stayed a manga. Its pre good image would've lasted longer. Now the manga is being looked down upon just because of the adaption

Eh this is.... Nice, I guess? I'm a big SHOKUGEKI NO SOMA fan but an anime adaptation wouldn't enhance what I love from the series in any way. Unless it lighted a fire under Viz's butt to release all remaining volumes like they did with ONE PIECE, but I'm not holding my breath.

Will they keep all the, hum, peculiar fan service the series is known for? All the upskirts? Who knows.
