Awesome, can't wait to see how this look. I need to start watching Buddy Complex, it's on my Hulu queue but I got a lot of other stuff to watch too.

2-part special? Is that mean it's only 2 episodes long?

That's right. It's not a full-fledged season. |

I'm kinda confused although I'm looking forward to it. It won't be a full TV series like the first season?

I don't know those spoilers made it sound like a manly love triangle between Aoba, Dio and Bizon with Hina complaining, "Stop it!" I guess she was trying to spare the children from such sights. I know I will spare myself from watching this sequel after the lackluster first season. The only thing it had going for it was the ship's Captain with his nonchalant style.
Only 2 parts though? It seems too short. Hmmm...I wonder if they will try to make that up with extra long episodes? |

I didn't particularly like the first season much but I'll still be watching this for a conclusion. I wonder if it was supposed to be a full sequel but was dropped to two parts due to the horrible sales? Anyway, I'm glad it's only two parts that's less for me to watch. The first season had its moments so I hope this expands on those since the majority of those moments were in the first and last few episodes.

Yeah, that confused me too, kind of a shame, was expecting a full season after that to be continued. Hopefully the two parts are at least a little extended in run time as two episodes would seem really short. |

Do you have a source on that out of curiosity or is it just guessing because of the wording? Neither the official website or Twitter says anything about the specific amount of episodes. |

If this is a 2 episode finale, I'm hoping they're longer episodes. The odds of it seeming like a rushed finish, in my books, are high.

Hi! Thanks for your question. The official website does list the number of episodes. The staff wrote "完全新作の前後編で遂に完結!", which means, "[Buddy Complex] will finally be completed with a completely new first part and second part [program]!" The last part of the sentence is hard to directly translate into English, but "zengohen" means that there will only be two parts; a former part, and a latter part. Thanks for the question! You can find the announcement at the website! http://news.buddy-complex.jp/app-def/S-102/news/ |

Horrible news.
I was so eager to forget about this second rate, mediocre show, but they HAD TO continue it. Pathetic. |

I don't know which show would replace BC rest of fall season and hope to god Sunrise will have s8 bounce back from hard for this year plus LL is about to end soon too. Studio8 needs something really big this fall season. I'll give you a hintspoiler[Brush fires are everywhere] |
