(Correct me if I'm wrong but) I believe the first demonstration shows how you can tiger uppercut after a fireball easier now if you're baiting an opponent to jump into range of the uppercut.

The 2nd demo shows that you can hit an opponent when they're crouching when you do a tiger knee which makes it not possible/harder to counter right after that.

The 3rd demo shows that heavy jump kick can combo into a Ultra1 now.

I don't play as Sagat (too technical to play > 4-5 characters and I don't play much) so I don't know how close he is to his original SF4 powers

Yeah, what the above guy said - this is clearly more of a tutorial then a trailer...

When exactly did Sagat start needing buffs? He's always consistently been considered a top-tier character in almost every game he's in.

Well its showing what new options to attack to play the mind game in SF. In the previous SF, except maybe the original, he didn't have those options to attack.

Did anyone notice that when he did the super the opponent's health did not deplete? I think you can probably go either way though as far as the article title is concerned, it does say "Gameplay" in it.
