Wait, has it been confirmed as a remake of either of the previously animated routes? The last news article didn't specify, and I haven't heard anything concrete since then.

There's no new information on what route ufotable is adapting. Nothing. Na-dah. Even the latest PV that was shown at Anime Japan doesn't contain any hint as to what route it'll be. I'm pretty sure they'll release more stuff in the summer...hopefully. Unless Nasu is too busy playing Dark Souls 2... |

Hmmm, no word on who's composing the music, huh. I'd imagine Yuki Kajiura will reprise her role on that.
I wonder if there will be any crossover fanbase especially from female fans who really liked Fate/Zero who are going to watch this new version of Fate/stay Night. |

Man, if only the English version's casts had been this consistent...
Anyway, if they license this show sometime in the future (and I'm sure it will), 95% sure I'll buy it. Yeah, even if it's Aniplex.

It depends on just what price point they use. I mean, if it is *close* to reasonable, I'll probably swallow my disdain for AoA and buy it. Otherwise, probably not... same as with Kill la Kill. Basically, if the series is really, REALLY good, I'll *consider* purchasing it from AoA, but not otherwise. And no, I still haven't bought PMMM -- it's still priced the same as it was when it was released. So I'm guessing I'll never get that one, either. |

For us, I'm pretty sure the Fate/Zero cast will be used, but it would be nice if they got back Kate Higgins and company.

Yeah, it bothers me when this is being called a "remake of the anime" in the article, when we have nothing saying it's a remake, and everything has been pointing more towards a new adaptation of the visual novel. Same source material =/= remake. |
