Good news for Black Butler fans. That means the arc that was covered in the manga will be animated now and of course comes with the bonus OVA.
Honestly, I'm looking forward to it since the previous seasons omitted that for some reason. |

Holy mother, the Circus Arc and Murder Mistery arc all at once? I didn't know Christmas came in March. And Mamoru Miyano as Joker as if I didn't have enough reasons to get excited already.

Like others here, I am excited to see the circus arc animated. I wish the production had given more information about the upcoming series. I want to know whether it will be a reboot or not and how long it will be.
I also hope Funimation is able to license (and stream; though I prefer CR to stream it) all this upcoming Black Butler anime for home video release. |

I second this. It'll be interesting to see if Aniplex is merciful enough to let FUNimation have it, or if they plan to put it out themselves. If it's the latter, then we're probably looking at a dub re-cast. Which will inevitably lead to a thousand angry fangirls upset about not getting their J. Michael Tatum.

I surely hope that they'll continue the trend and put some of the other arcs out in the future. I'm just so glad they are feeding us manga fans some of the arcs we missed out on having as an anime.
