I have to say, I was hoping Hawkeye, Black Widow, and Ant Man would be main characters in this anime. As much as I like Spider-Man, but he's not an Avenger like the others.

I hope S.H.I.E.L.D. will be in this too.

I wonder what role the five teens will play in this.

Spider-Man actually is an Avenger, has been in the comics since the 2005 New Avengers series.

uh why not, how is it any different when English dub VA voice over iconic anime characters? I understand if it will sound weird but you have to remember the same applied when anime characters from Japan get dubbed in English.

It's a kids show, I won't expect much, but the character designs look really cool (Hulk is the same as always though)

It's still pretty much a tie-in with that POG-game thing, so it's more game-anime than Marvel (with the disks and the Pokemon-trainer kids).
Can't wait to see the Wasp use her "animal powers", though. Razz

Character Designer Yamamuro Tadayoshi is the Character Designer for all Dragon Ball works (barring Dragon Ball GT). You can really see it in Jessica's design as she looks like Blooma or Bra. Hulk also has very Toriyama Akira-esque muscles.

I just don't approve of it in the first place. This shouldn't even be a thing, yet unfortunately it exists. And, it's a lot different. It's not just going to sound weird, it's going to sound terrible.

I always thought Captain America was old school. Why is he wearing something so hi tech? It couldn't be as good as Iron Man.

I'm also wondering why they turned Captain America into a blue RoboCop.

I agree.

And so the Japanese have outdone the Americans when it comes to turning The Avengers from "Earth's Mightiest Heroes" into corporate shills. Though after Tiger and Bunny I'm not surprised. Laughing Laughing

I wish the current American cartoon adaptions weren't a thing.

Who cares about DISK Wars? I have toast.

You make it sound like the Japanese don't muck around with their cartoons and take them into idiotic joke territory too.

Well, that's the thing, y'see:
WE know better about Marvel characters, they don't. Confused

Obviously. Regardless, I do not want to hear Marvel characters in their language. The thought just horrifies me. I'm so glad the Marvel characters in MvC3 and Ultimate were not dubbed in Japanese. That would have killed both games entirely.
