It may be just me, but the interview survey does not appear on the survey page. Anyone else experiencing this?
Edit: no wait, it's showing up now. Weird.
----------
Tatsuya Ishihara is showing up three times.
----------
Anyway, my choices were (as a bonus, questions I'd want ANN to ask them in parentheses):
Akira Toriyama (did you ever plan to end the manga after the Frieza saga?)
Chiho Saito (what inspired you to make something so unusual as Utena?)
Hiromu Arakawa (did you intend for Hachiken to come off as so overtly honest and outward with his feelings?)
Naoki Urasawa (how did you research all the plots for Master Keaton?)
Tsugumi Ohba (was the story always supposed to continue after L died?)
Gen Urobuchi (are you aware that you have a large and dedicated following amongst Western fans?)
Yoshitoshi ABE (does Haibane Renmei reflect your real views on the nature of the afterlife?)
Colleen Clickenbeard (no question for Colleen, I just like her work)

No light novel writers?
I've been wondering taking a peek into NisiOisiN's mind.

I don't see Satoshi Urushihara on the list.
Urushihara is a god in my eyes. If you can get an interview with him, I would be most grateful.

Good point. I've always wondered what kind of man could write such entertainingly bizarre novels.

Ai Yazawa! Someone needs to ask whether Nana is ever getting an ending (and maybe get her to explain what this mysterious illness that's kept her from working is).

Would rather not be OCD about it, but there are some duplicate voting options and full names names spelled in lowercase letters...

I don't know anyone on that list but the only person I care about is Harold Sakuishi.

Added Masaki Tsuzuki to the list.
I'm just curious about how well his/her manga Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha is faring.

Unfortunately when you give people the opportunity to add names to a list, they don't always check to see if those names are already there...
I'll cull the list every couple of hours.

I think those questions will just hurt her

Wow, it seems like no one added Kunihiko Ikuhara to the survey list, so I went ahead and did that. There's been a lot of Word of God from Ikuhara regarding Revolutionary Girl Utena over the past 15+ years, so maybe there doesn't need to be many questions about Utena.... I'm more interested, comparatively, in any further things he has to say about Mawaru Penguindrum and his future projects. Like, what is a Penguinbear!?

If I wanted to add 2 or 3 mangaka (Nobuyuki Fukumoto and Shuho Sato) to the list how would I do this? Submitting 1 at a time? Or separating the names by a comma? Or is this being discouraged?

Pick one. We're only going to be looking at statistically relevant submissions (we do look to interview interesting, less well known people too, we just don't look to surveys for those). If your other two are important enough, someone else will think to add them.
