Interesting. I'd be hard pressed to believe the Gundam domains Sony Pictures registered aren't related.

If they're actually going to make a Gundam movie with Tomino's input, this might go well.

So Justin Beiber as Amuro and Kristen Stewart as Fraw Bow with Shia LaBoeuf as Char.

While I feel a live action version of the first Gundam could easily be amazing. I don't really want Tomino involved at all. A Hollywood adaption would need to change things and be different also would hinge on making it's characters personal and likable in a more realistically human way.
But I doubt this is anything like that.

Alright, another proposed Hollywood anime adaptation to add to the "will it or will it not ever actually get made?" rampant speculation pile!

If this does actually happen, god forbid Tomino is in one of his slumps... don't think a typical American audience would be able to handle half the main cast being obliterated in the last 5 minutes of a non-horror film...

Was about to say, this is likely G Reko, considering well,.that he was shopping.the script around and was adamant about not wanting to have anything to do with a Gundam film.
