Interesting development. I wonder if Hulu won't be the only place to stream it. Maybe TMS Entertainment will have Daisuki stream it? Or maybe Crunchyroll?

Wow this is interesting that some older shows are being subbed and showing up on some of the mainstream streaming sites.

Didn't know that God Mars was Mitsuteru's work.

Well, that's random, but cool. We need for more old mecha anime to come Stateside.

Seems like the only way these older shows will get released in the west from now on. Who's going to take a gamble on something like God Mars, L-Gaim, or Giant Gorg? Though, I was watching one of the recent VOTOMS last night and thinking if that show and Dunbine would have fared better if they were licensed today, potentially after a stream-run. VOTOMS in particular is interesting in that discussion because it's one of the few 80s series to keep getting new subsequent material long after.

My guess is these were episodes TMS probably subbed a long time ago to try to sell the show to American audiences. And it didn't work out, and they got stuck with 'em, but now they can upload 'em on Hulu.

Ah yes, the show that the US should have aired instead of modifying the mecha and making Mighty Orbots. Random little pickup, but I will not complain.

I know a few who would say that. I suppose American TV (notably ABC) wasn't ready for something like that yet. We could've had an anime boom before we knew it.
