Well, Team Rabbits sure is getting their hands full recently and preparing for the upcoming battles. I just hope the remaining episodes will tie this series together in a remarkable way.

Oh and I heard there's rumor for a season 2 not long ago...

It's not really a rumor and hasn't been decided, but they are contemplating it.

Honestly, this surprised me and became my favorite series of the past two seasons in regards to anime.

It doesn't take itself seriously, doesn't go out of its way to try to be badass it is just a comedy with fantastic action. Things have been ramping up for the conclusion but I have faith that this will not jump any sharks and maintain the balance that has made this the best mecha series in years.

I really loved the suprise ED that Chiaki Ishikawa sang "Respect Me", but didn't get to hear it at Chiaki Ishikawa's 29 August live at Shibuya O-East. She did sing the first ED "Sayonara Tte iu" though.

Still so many of her songs and See-Saw songs that haven't had a live performance recorded.

This show has really surprised me. I enjoyed the first half, but the second half has really upped the ante a bit. Ange is one of the first androgen characters that I feel was done right in a long time. It isn't that everyone things she's a boy or that he's a girl, they just can't tell and nobody is indelicate enough to just go ahead and straight up ask, "Hey, are you a girl or a boy?" Too often trap characters are overdone, and reverse traps are worse. This adds humor but doesn't stoop to low in the delivery.

I also appreciate the way they have turned the biggest comic relief character in the show and made her tear your heart out a couple episodes ago... I never expected to be emotionally impacted by anything involving Tamaki...

The fact that the GDF rewarded brilliance and promoted Amane to a position of influence was a real pleasant surprise. I really wasn't expecting that. She is one of my favorite characters.

The fact that they are contemplating a 2nd season gives me some hope that they're not going to kill off too many of the main characters... But I'm still not sure they will all make it through... The last couple of episodes will be pretty intense.
