OMG!

They got Alan Young out of the Hollywood Old Folks home to do new voiceover work as Uncle Scrooge (McDuck)?

(For those who don't know, to the general public Alan Young was best known as "Wiiillllbbbuuuurrrr," the caretaker and best friend of Mr. Ed, the talking horse from the old 1960s sitcom. Used to run daily in reruns on Nick At Nite in the 1980s and early 1990s.

(After that TV show, Young is best known for roles in several George "the GOOD War of the Worlds" Pal films including The Time Machine.

(For those of us who grew up 1970s-1990s, we best remember Alan Young for voicing several animated characters -- 7-Zark-7 in the infamous "Battle of the Planets" adaptation/edit of Gatchman in the late 1970s -- as well as Scrooge McDuck and the miserly Scottish fellow who showed up in several Ren and Stimpy episodes. He used the same voice for Scrooge and the Scotsman.)

94 years old and he's still doing that brogue...
