The first special was great, in my opinion, so I can't wait to see Lupin and gang meet up with the Conan cast again. So happy it wasn't just a one-off thing!

It's sad that after that bolder, gorgeous Fujiko Mine TV series, TMS returns to the same safe, run-of-the-mill Lupin stories. And they're even repeating themselves with this movie. It's really disheartening to me as a huge fan of the Lupin franchise.

Fujiko was a mess and a bore without Lupin being the main focus. If anything that series proved that Fujiko can't carry a series.

No one really liked that show and it didn't sell well, from what I recall.

I'm looking forward to more traditional Lupin goodness, myself.

I totally adored Fujiko and will defend it with my dying breath, however, that doesn't mean that the regular Lupin stuff isn't good too. You don't have to hate one to show your love for the other, c'mon you guys :(

Lupin probably had more screen time than Fujiko!

But whatever, enjoy the same Lupin story they've been churning out for at least a decade in their increasingly crappy TV specials.

Creativity must be a real bother for some people.

I loved the Fujiko series for its art style and for show casing Fujiko's, Goemon's, & Zenigata's new voice actors talents more. While it's a different approach to what we normally see in Lupin, but after the past few years of TV specials that were either good or just ok. I can tell that TMS was trying to do something different that doesn't reflect or pay homage to the Red Jacket TV series.
