The only official standalone live-action "Lupin the Third" production (barring some old SMAP TV stuff which may or may not have been official) was the 1974 live-action film, "Strange Psychokinetic Strategy" (see penguintruth's post for the trailer). We learned very early on that the Phillippine TV series was a knock-off. It tried to borrow the flavor of the anime series but used none of the characters, and it isn't even called "Lupin the Third." It just borrows the title from the old Arsène Lupin novels.
