Super Smash would be a great one, similar to what MS is doing with Killer Instinct, but Nintendo wouldn't want to give such a big title away, so maybe something like Animal Crossing with micro-transactions?

I don't see Nintendo going the micro-transaction route, they've been pretty firmly against that for a long time. They avoided dlc for a long time because they didn't want that kind of image. I'm guessing they're going to have some genuinely free games, hoping to attract new people to buy the systems with them.
