So, this time, the main character is literally a dog.
Wonder what would be the reaction if it the main girl was the dog.

is this a harem anime becuase as far as i know when 90% of the cast are girls it usually is but with the main character a dog ? mayby he transforms back and forth but if not and it is a harem anime it might be the strangest things even for Japanese anime

I mentioned this before but the main female character really looks like Yuuko imo and probably has troll-like tendencies.

Yuuko is just Yomi, and that's part of the reason I'm gonna check this out.

I think I may check it out some based on the absurdity alone, but I'm with you on that whole pet-abuse thing. It's a poor little dachshund for crying out loud-- I think that the worst the kid inhabiting it could be is some pervert, so I don't think that warrants all that much abuse... much less from a pair of scissors which, as much of a gag weapon they might be here, could easily kill a dachshund or any other small animal.

It could be just me, but I imagine I saw at least 5 characters from different and older anime in that. An anime version of "Scrap Heap Challange".

Nah, don't think it's just you... come to think of it, the characters really do seem to come from other shows. That idol author girl looks like she could fit reasonably well in Aria the Animation, and I wouldn't bat an eye at the afroed pet-shop owner appearing in Excel Saga, for instance. Huh. Then again, it's an odd protagonist duo in an absurd premise to begin with: a sadistic writer girl that likes scissors and a boy in a dachshund body.
