How about getting Tokyo Mew Mew or Shaman King...?

Why even mention it if you're unable to get it? Just mention the ones you can get after you've already gotten them.

Could it be that this title is going to show up sometime in ANIMESOL?

Why would Funimation mention they were trying to get Sailor Moon before it happened? To whet fan appetites and pre-empt questions about it. |

I'm glad that they are interested in acquiring the original Casshern TV series. After they obtain rights to the OAV, I had a feeling that they would try to get the older TV series as well. But looks like we're going to have to wait and see if Discotek will truly get the 70's Casshern TV series over to the U.S.A. Otherwise I'll be interested in which Toei title they did acquire.

Or it could be because of the new Blu-ray box set that came out in Japan a few months ago. They might think it's too early.
Gatchaman's also Tatsunoko, not Toei. If I had to guess, it's either Devilman or Enma-kun. |

Al Pacino said it best in Glengarry Glenn Ross: "You never open your mouth unless you know what the shot is." All you end up doing is building up expectations and disappointing fanbases, which sours them. |

Well, hope it's a go at a later date. I'm sure there are plenty of OS fans that would love to have it. Considering the release of the 90's version.

I know a bunch of people who would be very very happy if this mysterious title were Devilman! (My first thought was "Candy Candy!!!!" but we all know that short of a demonic pact and/or partnership with the local mafia, that will never ever happen!)

I hope it is Candy Candy, but it'll probably be Devilman or Enma-kun. Oh well, I can still hope~

I'm hoping it'll be the 1979 version of Cyborg 009. I want it to be Candy Candy also, but I doubt that will ever happen

Candy Candy deserves to be it, a classic around the world, yet, not surprisingly unknown in the US.
Yet as some above have said, doubt it. |

For those asking for Candy Candy, Capital 8 in Mexico licensed the show recently but it's Spanish dub-only so if any of you understand the language then you're in luck.
