Am I the only shocked the that the game is decently priced at 60 dollars for the regular edition and 100 for the collectors??

That is a bit low for list price a new release PS3 game. Compare Disgea D2 at 7300 yen, Kingdom Hearts 1.5 at 6980 yen, and Tales of Xillia 2 at 8380 yen. But this is a PSN release, not a disc release. Perhaps PSN prices start lower, and don't decline as fast as disc release prices (not having to compete with used games). I note that Toki to Towa prices on Amazon.co.jp have dropped from list price of 7980 yen to 2727 yen in less than a year.

Looks like a pretty decent game, though I have to wonder why nobody did this type of game for Strike Witches.
