Surely they wouldn't dub this without putting it out for a Home Video release?

I wonder if they would put it out on its own or maybe a Re-release of Highschool of the Dead with the OVA intact?

Confirmed with Sentai; no home video since it's 15 minutes only.

If nothing else, I hope they offer us a version to download that we can burn to a DVD-R.

I do like my discs, ya know.

It'll probably be out on a DVD re-release or if Season 2 ever happens. At least they're dubbing it... I guess it's a good thing when a company goes out of their way to dub a 15 minute special exclusive for streaming.

Well, considering it's probably THE biggest selling title they've ever had, it's not really that surprising.

I'm hoping we'll get it in a physical form someday in the future.

Really disappointed this isn't going to be released on BD/DVD. I'm still hoping they will eventually release it, but my hopes aren't very high.

I don't mind them not dubbing it, just something on BD/DVD would be nice.

They are dubbing it for this stream.

I wouldn't say exclusively for streaming. Don't forget they also do video on demand, and aren't averse to digital downloads via services like iTunes.

Still... I hope it'll at least be on Netflix.

I would consider it a waste if you ask me since this is pandering at its finest but then again, the original series is this as well.
