so glad the art and animation dont look NEARLY as bad as what the promo art showed and from what was shown on the trailer it looked awesome. Very Happy this is probably my most anticipated show for summer and i really hope this doesnt get the fate/zero treatment so i hope sentai or someone besides aniplex licenses it.

Seems like a more deadly version of the .hack series. Though it would be nice to see A-1 Pictures mix it up on the soft character design styles more often, everything looks very nice. And Yuki Kajiura's score sounded fierce. It really makes me look forward to the series more, now.

I wonder how many of the light novels are going to be adapted. The first and second book have a different setting than the third and fourth.

the stuff shown looks like it's all from Aincrad, so it'll probably include Volumes 1 & 2. and they might throw in the SS about Asuna & Kirito's first meeting for extra material.

lyfa is casted though... it might include 3&4. meh.
