...Hardly news-worthy, even in regards to anime, specifically. You can't say much about it with regard to Voltron (The irony of that is the article is actually longer than most ANN articles are usually.), considering the commercial in question wasn't dealing with only Voltron.
Tl;dr: Overblown. |

I really liked this commercial. I saw The Peanuts at the beginning and thought "Oh, its just a MetLife commercial." ...and then He-Man ran by, the Mystery Machine showed up and I spotted Looney tunes, Jabberjaw and Voltron. My jaw dropped and I had a really stupid grin plastered on my face the entire time
