If you're wondering about why the video has Miku in her regular outfit, seek to 2:00. The caption on the bottom of the screen reads: "You cannot switch outfits in the middle of game play or PV watching mode." I guess SEGA did an edit with this and had her switch to the new costume in the middle of the song... ?
