I remember seeing the Documentary special for Spirited Away and really enjoying the studio and Miyazaki's thought process.

Ken Watanabe I'll admit I had a big crush on while watching Iwo Jima and Memoirs of a Geisha... I'd be extremely happy to see him in a Ghibli project.

Watanabe is awesome. He's the reason I love The Last Samurai so much. Would love to hear him do some voice work in anime as well.

What's so great about Ghibli? They're not bad or anything but there's lotsa stuff that's way better than any of their works.

Akira, Ghost In The Shell, Metropolis, Steamboy, Tokyo Godfathers, Golgo 13, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time. There's more variety outside Ghibli, all they do most of the time are semi-dark fairy tales or dramas.

I find it very odd that Ghibli gets all the praise when other better stuff are 'simply anime movies'

Anyway, Ken Watanabe makes me feel gar, I would love to hear his voice in a "Porco Rosso" or "Yupa". That would be totally cool, isn't it?
