The printed version contains a lot of stuff that isnt part of the webcomic; for example the entire first chapter is redrawn/redone, and some other strips too. Plus there's the colour pages and stuff.

Indeed, this is a great first step (ComiXology's Comics App is WONDERFUL) but now the floodgates must be opened. I dream of the day all of VIZ's back catalog and new releases are available to me on my mobile device.
