10 bucks says there's going to be a going to be an explosion in fan-subs of this one movie.

Then again... I'm anti fan-sub and I wouldn't mind seeing it as a fan-sub... Embarassed

I got my copy in today, of the limited edition blu-ray!

I can watch it, but not understand it... but heck, I got the Gum Gum Pencil and tone dial, so what else matters?

I wish Funimation would dub the other movies (other than Alabasta). Although iirc I think the first one is like 40-something minutes long, so maybe release a few movies together depending on length? IDK, that's just my one complaint about Funimation's One Piece.

25 million is no small number. My god One Piece may be the most popular manga/anime ever in Japanese history.

I would love to know why Funi hasn't been able to release the other movies. Did Alabasta not do well, or is Toei asking for a separate license for each movie? That does sound like something they'd do, given their reputation for being a PITA.

Amazing.......Funimation needs to licensed this ASAP cause I want to see it as well as movie 6. The others can come later.

Probably won't happen for a while though since they need to cast the voice for Brook and Franky still (for movie 10).
