unfortunately although they say it's licensed for the UK, when you try to activate the episode on CR, it states it not available in that region Evil or Very Mad

It is available in the UK, but when it was first uploaded the UK was blocked in error, that's been fixed now.

I believe that was meant to be a comment on the show's subject matter, not its availability. Certainly a focus on the undergarments of pre-teen girls is not a winning concept. Oh yes, anime is so much more mature and serious compared to Western animation...

Creepy subject matter of this particular show aside, there is plenty of anime that has a genuine mature focus and plenty more with genuine cross age appeal. Where is the Western animation that offers the same? Seems to me that every animated show to come out of the US that aren't 'past their best sitcoms' or some childish kids show and that might have some entertainment value for someone over the age of ten gets cancelled as soon as people start to take notice, to the point where the only Western animated show I watch these days is Brave and the Bold(And that's still a shadow of Batman the animated series).

I'd never try to defend fetishist anime like this one in any way, but to imply that Western animation has something more to offer than anime does(Most especially in the current climate) is quite simply laughable.

If they're in 7th grade, they're not pre-teens.

I think you should try baby doll lingerie skirt . I think every man has a different definition of what he finds attractive at different times. Sometimes men like short and slinky lingerie, and at otherslong and elegant maxi length nightdresses. The most important thing is how it fits and accentuates your figure. Just mix it .What you think about it share your thinking about it . !!
