Interesting timing of this after the discussion re: anime documentaries in the last ANN podcast.

I wish them luck though.

I do wonder if they've researched the usage of the name (Fanime). I think a certain convention might have some trademark issues with that choice.

Trademark issues indeed. I do want 15 minutes of fame (and get $25,000 for it) but I don't think an otaku documentary is the way I should go. However, to those trying out, good luck getting your mug on camera.
