One, the smaller one has the characters on it, and two, at 9 ft tall versus 18, you might actually be able to find a place to display the smaller one. |

This is Takada's third visit to Taiwan. The first time was in March 2000, six months after the devastating earthquake that took 2,415 lives. She donated an artwork, and a Mr. Hsu from Hsinchu bid it with NT$280,000 (US$9109.75 back then). Mr. Hsu also attended Takada's autograph session yesterday.

At this moment, the highest bid among eight items is a signed volume 6 of Kyō, Koi o Hajimemasu by Kanan Minami at NT$2,010 (US$61.12). Other items (sorted with posting time) are from Katsumi Nishino, CORY, Akemi Takada, Kei Sazane, Riku Ranjo, Selena Lin, and Yōko Aoki; basically following this schedule. UPDATE: Takada's is now NT$26,900 (US$817.96). |
