Who knows? Nowadays it's getting more difficult to tell apart cell-shaded 3D CG characters from 2D counterpart.
Hmmm...that's a challenge. Hollywood has Pixar, Dreamworks, and others. |

Now that we have an idea how it looks....
Let's see how well short skirts and worm's eye view translates to 3DCG. ![]() (After all, there's an "uncanny valley" where these things become awkwardly life-like and uncomfortable and no longer ecchi funny.)
Sounds like a combination of Toy Story and Monsters, Inc and WALL-E. ![]() |

That image looks pretty nice, actually; they're getting closer to making anime style designs work in 3D.
And Otsuichi writing is always a good sign. |

hm, sounds promising but we'll see. CG-that-looks-like-CG especially bothers me as far as CG goes but this looks pretty good, if that picture is really any indication.
