Because it becomes unbearably pixelated when viewed full screen.

Still, I agree that it looks great. I look forward to October.

The movie was a total failure and one of the worst movies I've seen in recent memory, but strangely, this anime adaptation seems quite interesting with its old-school designs, fluid animation etc...

Could be an entertaining series although you never know with Madhouse (Ultraviolet Code 44 was absolutely ridiculous and Nougami Neuro was quite chaotic).
But those designs looks refreshing and retro at the same time Smile

What I don't understand is, why isn't Tatsunoko doing this one themselves?

A trailer doesn't always have to be nothing but short clips of action sequences. I fear doing such does the series in question no justice.

But nevertheless, that is one of the things that anime watchers want to see. The ability to animate fight scenes properly is one of the things that people judge a series on. The music during the trailer was also nice. Character designs looked nice too.

Just awesome, What else can I say? I'm so glad that Shigeyasu Yamauchi is back in business.
