It seems that the international dubs were added as wel, but the thing is that the the Latin American Spanish dub for the first 12 episodes was added back in January but it could only be heard with the descriptive audio option and a couple of weeks ago the clean Latin America audio could be stream in other regions. I don't know why Netflix couldn't give Blue Box a simuldub like some recent anime or at least released it earlier, I mean, the work was apparently already done.

Crunchyroll never licensed Orb to begin with and the real reason why Orb: The Movements of The Earth, along with Kinnikuman: Perfect Origin, Chi's Sweet Summer Vacation and now Baban Baban Ban Vampire were not given an English dub despite Netflix exclusively streaming the shows and nowhere else (e.g. Crunchyroll, Sentai/Hidive) has to do with the fact that Netflix never referred to those anime shows as "Netflix Anime Originals" as they don't have the Red N logo as shown through Sakamoto Days, Ranma ½, and Delicious in Dungeon which Netflix licensed for their service have the Red N Logo on the top left corner.
Now, it's hard to say if we will eventually get a dub for these shows because the only anime series that Netflix acquired but wasn't considered Netflix Originals yet did receive an English Dub were Vinland Saga and Kuroko's Basketball, respectively.

It's about time. They've had the trailer for the dub around for forever.

I'd assume it's simply a case of Netflix not being responsible for producing dubs when it comes to series that don't feature the Netflix Original label. Other anime could still get dubs but Netflix has no say in when it happens.

Is My Happy Marriage is also an Netflix anime original ? can you explain how and why did a non netflix originals like Kuroko and Vinland Saga get dubbed ? Is it because of the popularity of the anime or something .

I got a lot to catch up. I am not sure I am a fan of the weekly subs, followed by binge dub releases, hard to get into the habit. I am only 1 episodes into the Magilumiere Magical Girl Inc. English dub which has been out for weeks because after a weekly sub releases, they just released 12 episodes at once.
