I think I'm gonna watch it when I have some free time, but I'm looking forward to it. Something interesting is that Minus One is available on Netflix with a Latin American Spanish dub, but it's a different dub than the one made for theaters and only one of the VA who worked in the theatrical dub is present in the Netflix one, but voicing a different character. I guess that means the theatrical dub will become lost media, kind of what happened with Shin Godzilla's original LA Spanish dub, kind of.

Surely this doesn't mean home video rights are stalled either. Saw this in theatre's and would love to own this. Looking forward to the dub to see how it sounds.

Fantastic movie, look forward to seeing it again. (And maybe I'll try the black-and-white version too? Curious how well that was done.)

Please give it a physical release! I already imported it, but having an official, subbed/dubbed western release would be awesome! Please don't let physical media die in the west!

They need to stop [expletive] around and announce the Blu-ray already.

I was hoping to watch this but is anyone able to tell if they're using proper subtitles or dubtitles on Netflix? I turned on the Japanese audio and the subs but it has that closed caption style subs and it feels like it's a little off from the timing with the Japanese audio. I switched it briefly to the dub to check and it sounds like it's a little too suspiciously similar to the dub track.

Surprised it won't be on Amazon Prime here, but it is on Amazon Prime in Japan. Great for Netflix users. They could have earned money via digital sales and rentals. Maybe Netflix made Toei a deal they couldn't refuse.
