This season is really pushing that KasumaxMegumin thingy.
There is a mention of what happened in the Village in every episode even when it comes from nowhere... well, I suppose she is the only viable option, she is the lower maintenance girl in the series, every other is a drunk, liar, thief, goddess in another plain of existence or Darkness. |

The dub started today so I checked it out and it's still the funniest show ever made. Wish I could rate it higher than a 10/10.

Konosuba is back! With plenty of idiocy, degeneracy, disappointments, panty stealing, and more crazy antics from Kazuma and company!
Not to mention some genuine and sincere wholesomeness in Princess Iris. Also looks like KazumaxMegumin might be a legit thing now. |

The use of trauma in the first episode didn't really work for me, but once they moved past that it was back to the usual great comedy. Great to see that it's still going strong this far into the series so far

The biggest thing that shocked me was the quality of the animation. What happened to Aqua. Aqua looks like she has been mainlining Ozempic.
Maybe it is rose colored glasses, but I need to rewatch season one again, because the animation and character animation seems to have dropped significantly in quality since then. |

Kazuma acting the part of the shitty older brother is something I didn't expect but I'm all down for it.
I have no doubt the thief will be that girl that taught Kuzuma how most useful skill and who just stole the mallet he'd have ruined several economies with... Eris was it? |

It's kind of funny that even in an episode where Chris doesn't lose her panties, she still gets sexually harassed by Kazuma. But I guess it wouldn't be Chris otherwise.
Alderp and Kazuma bonding in a way from being mutual degenerates. Wow, they really are pushing KazumaxMegumin. And it's adorable! It's hilarious how Darkness is slowly settling into being the Only Sane Woman of this show. |

I have the theory of Chris spoiler[being Eris] since season 1, tough, quite frankly I don't feel it is supposed to be a secret, it's way too obvious for it not being dramatic irony.
This episode virtually confirmed it. I quite frankly find funny how Darkness actually cares about her social image, she is a completely different person these episodes. |

I love how at this point there's literally nothing Eris can say to Kazuma when he ends up in her office other than "stop sexually harassing one of my followers."
I'm surprised it took this long for Aqua to use her alcoholism to her advantage and resurrect people with it. Iris' seiyuu had no business doing such an amazing job capturing Kazuma's voice and mannerisms in Iris' body. Big props to Kanon Takao. Also Jun Fukushima doing Iris in Kazuma's body...probably cursed. I thought Claire was crushing on Kyouya but she seems really into bathing with the princess. This is a cast of degenerates after all. Kazuma uses the body of a young girl to see some busty blondes undressed, and even goes to the extent of stripping off said young girls' clothes...he's immediately rewarded with a punch to the face thanks to his basically girlfriend. That's karma for you. |

The opening with Eris and Kazuma cracked me up. Definitely a great use of "sometimes less is more"
