The Aura one is probably the most interesting just to get more insight into demon culture and her character.

I'd be interested to see if Fern's gives more details about her biological parents.

More Kanne and Lawine and their history together sounds nice.

I'm curious how they'll go about some of them seeing as how even though Frieren has a literal millennia of time they could go back to any point of, some of the characters like Fern and Stark have already had some of their pre-show (well, pre-traveling with Frieren) time already explored in the show/manga, so finding moments for a prequel could be boring. I have faith in the author to dodge that, so I suppose that makes things all the more interesting.

On an unrelated note, I saw a twitter joke about the Kanne & Lawine prequel story being all about subtext though and it made me laugh
