I bet MAL already removed the listing... By the way I hate when MAL does that... Outside of indie projects, assuming because there's no news that a project is cancelled is [expletive] obnoxious and it cheapens the database to remove listings because it has "cancelled-vibes".

I was hoping this would get a name change since I dislike uber long names, and I can't even come up with a decent abbreviation... Though I'd probably hate the new name even more.

Yes, both this as well as Möbius Dust had their MAL pages removed last year for lack of updates. I’m glad to see that this wasn’t canceled, and I hope Möbius Dust isn’t canceled as well. Möbius Dust’s key visual seemed interesting and gave me My Hero Academia vibes, so I’m interested to see how that turns out.

"Mahounare" seems to be the shortened version, that's how it's being named on the official website.

Funnily, Anilist still has the defunct Tokyo BABYLON 2021 anime listed on their database, though it is under a unknown release date.
